Purchased some crappie jigs ripped off by Bass Pro Shop!online and…

Purchased some crappie jigs online and they were never shipped.
I contacted customer service and was told it was an oversight and would ship in 24 hours and sent my a 20.00 off coupon. 48 hours later, no email stating shipped so I used the coupon and purchased more than contacted customer service and was told all ordered was back ordered and they canceled both orders including goths 20.00 coupon for the trouble!!! BAD BUSINESS!! Never will buy from this company again or Cabels as they own that one also👎. Sad to see when a company gets so big that they lose thier customer care!

Whenever I go to the store

Whenever I go to the store, there is hardly any staff and if I do happen to find a staff member, they are never friendly or helpful. If I have to buy something, I've resorted to buying it online and picking it up in store.

Labeled items clearance that they actually marked up

Bought an item with a orange clearance sticker price for $18.97 after purchasing the item and peeling off the ‘clearance’ sticker I found out the item was cheaper then there ‘sale’ price $12.50 . Making you feel your getting a deal when there jacking up the price! Deceitful practices

The worst online order process

The worst online order process. I
placed an order for TMS-F70H on July29 for store pickup at 12:30pm. Had not received a order confirmation so I decide to call the store they confirmed
my order. when I arrived they did not have it so they shipped. it's August 6 and still have not received my item. And today I Placed another order for
SSVI5500701 MH at 3:17pm for store pickup. decided to call the store again because I hadn't received a confirmation on my order. I was told the receiving person was gone for the day and it wouldn't be confirmed until tomorrow. When I requested to cancel I was told that all online orders are processed by corporate and I would have to call them. Otherwise once the order was confirmed for pick up I would have to go in person to cancel. I ended up going into the store to purchase the item, rest assured I will never purchase on their website again.

Dirtbags

Other than automated emails, there has no communication on my order. So when I called to cancel the order, I was told that the order had shipped. Still no tracking. Its like if you order, you're committed to the order whether or not they can prove that they shipped it. AVOID

The worst shipping time ever

The worst shipping time ever. I should of learned my lesson the first time. This is the 3rd order I placed on line and shipping is terrible. 2 weeks and I have not received items yet. They are in stock, but shipped the slowest way possible. I could of walked 3 states away and got it by now!!

I recently placed an order with Bass…

I recently placed an order with Bass Pro Shop, both items were “ in stock” at that time. I used a gift card for a portion of the order, after approx. a week and not hearing from anyone from bass pro, our bank still showing pending. Just got a notice that the large/ more expensive item was no longer available ( very simple carhartt pants), they are not charging for that item, the other item has shipped out to us, the gift card used now ( I think) has a partial balance on it and I think my wife has thrown it in the trash after placing the complete “ in stock” order. We have been a customer of bass pro shop & Cabelas for approx. 30 years plus, extremely poor service start to finish.

Absolutely the worst on line shipping. My tracking number indicates my package is in another state for 7 days with Fed Ex and has not moved. Customer service is worthless and has no idea what to do and how to find my package. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

BLUEGREEN VACATIONS located inside these stores

This review is not about BassPro. They (BassPro) are amazing!
This review is about the Bluegreen Vacation people that beg for your time and a check. DO NOT let them waste your time or TAKE your money. They offer you these exciting vacations that when YOU have time to go they are booked and you cant. Then when you call them to get your money back because Vacations are planned on YOUR time NOT THEIRS they will not give it back. SO unless you have $249.00 to just throw away, I would highly suggest you completely ignore their attempts to suck you in and steal from you! I am a single mother raising 3 kids on my own. This review is in hope to save another single mom or a family that really dont have money to give to these thieves!!
